We will have light appetizers and cake - and yes, there will be beer - it's Hoppy Brewing Company, after all! CDP NorCal Progressive Caucus Vice-Chair Vince Casalaina will be in attendance and he will update us on the upcoming CDP E-Board meeting in August.
In addition to our Wellstone Birthday celebration, we will have a brief discussion about the Sacramento Integrity Project’s proposal for Sacramento City Ethics reforms with Charlene Jones (timely with KJ's efforts to destroy City emails). We will also discuss the Iran Nuclear Treaty and the hawks (both Dems and Repubs) that want to derail it.
